The 1st conversion was an aframax tanker conversion to semi-submerssible heavy lift vessel in beginning of 2015.
The 2nd conversion started mid of 2015, a bulk carrier conversion to bridge crane and large equipment carrier. The 3rd conversion, similar to the 2nd conversion, started recently.
FKAB not only make the conversion design drawings, but also send engineers sitting at site to assist ship owner site team for project management and coordination work.
This reflects our excellent design performance and good cooperation established with our customers.
