About the Project
Cargo is carried in two independent tanks of cylindrical type, design pressure of 5 bar and design temperature of -48 C, SG 0.68 t/m3 Two sets of high duty re- liquefaction plant installed, capable of colling down ammonia temperature from -28 to 33 C in 48 hours.
With FKAB patent F-Bow, the hull form is optimized by extensive CFD to achieve best performance in both wave and calm waters at given limitation of main dimensions.
A high lift rudder and bow thruster is installed to ensure good manoeurability.
