Essberger orders stainless steel tankers

FKAB was appointed as owners designer from the first concept to the final product.

This state-of-the-art FKAB design is based on Essbergers high-quality requirements , with clear focus on low environmental impact, high flexibility, and very low fuel consumption, using the FKAB’s proven modern lines with F-Bow and LNG as primary fuel.

The propulsion system is a single screw  DF main engine, designed with full battery / UPS power, preventing from black outs.

FKAB marine design will also be involved in Basic and Detail Design, through both FKAB Sweden and FKAB China offices.
