The vessel is equipped for rescue- and fire fighting missions and surveillance of the Swedish coast.

The UAE Navy Fast Supply Vessel is a multipurpose vessel with shallow draught and excellent sea-going qualities.
It´s design with large areas on open deck makes it possible to transport containers plus other equipment. The bow visor together with the ramp makes loading and unloading easy.

The first version is designed as a troop transportation boat and the other has the function as a command, control and communication centre. In the case of the control centre function the 42 passenger seats has been exchanged for an open control room area. The vessel can be operated by three staff members and is driven by water jet. It can also be used as a Search and Rescue vessel for in emergency rescue operations. Other applications can be offered based on customer’s request.

The SMA Ice-breaking Pilot Boat is a heavy duty, ice-breaking pilot boat, built by Swede Ship Marine and operated by the Swedish Maritime Administration.
The vessel is design and built to operate in rough conditions at the Gulf of Bothnia. The 2 men crew has a high standard accommodation and a fully equipped wheelhouse.
