New roadferry VF349 Embla in service at the Hemsö route in Sweden

The new roadferry VF349 Embla is in service at the Hemsö route in northern part of Sweden. FKAB Marine Design has delivered a total design package of the roadferry Embla to Trafikverket Färjerederiet (Swedish Roadferry administration) and the Finnish shipyard Työvene.

FKAB Total Design package is covering the Concept, Basic and the Detail design stage ensuring the ship owner to have full control over the product from the tender stage, thru classification and authority approvals, at the shipyard, and all the way to delivery.
